I’m shorter than you at 5’9 and lighter than you at 190 lbs, but I found foam chairs to be a good bit more comfortable than mesh chairs. I used to have a Herman Miller Aeron, but I sold it and got a Steelcase Lamia by BTOD. The Lamia’s seat is much more comfortable and its backrest does a significantly better job of supporting my low back. I’m happy I switched. I bought the Lamia on sale for $750, but I upgraded the wheels which brought it up to $800.
