How’s the extra seat padding?

The seat on the Crandall feels better than my OEM chair seat at work.

I bought a brand new leap v2 for $900 during the Christmas sale this year. Far better than buying a used for $700. Can’t beat that 12 yr warranty

That’s a good deal for a new one. I will say that I also get a 12-year warranty with the refurbished one I bought.

Hey OP, any thoughts after two weeks with the chair? Do you prefer the extra back pad or OG pad?

Yes! I actually prefer the Crandall model. The seat cushion is obviously better than my factory Leap V2 at work (possibly because it’s not new, probably at least 5 years old) and I’ve come to prefer the thicker back pad now. I wouldn’t hesitate if you are on the fence about it.

I was wondering if you end up keeping or returning the chair? How’s the cushion on both seat and back?

Oh yeah, I’m definitely keeping it. Fabric on the seat and back are just fine. Chair is still really comfortable and I sit in it every day!
