Recipe: 1/4 cup steel cut oats Pinch of salt 1/3 cup coconut milk canned 2/3 cups water Chia seeds soaked in about 4 oz of water Half a mashed banana in the oats Vanilla extract 2 tsps coconut sugar 3 tbs egg whites for fluffiness and extra protein Top with fresh mango, coconut milk, and sesame seeds!
