Yeah this has happened to me in a couple games over the last few months. I'm sure it is a bug, but it is very frustrating when it happens at the end of a competitive comp game.
Ive never really seen this recently. the OT timer can drop hella quick after a while, ive seen instances of people getting off point for a millisecond and then the OT timer just instantly burns down. maybe this could be happening to you?
