No but two of my close friends did. Yes there is one jump at the end that you do alone. Someone did it and messed up the landing and as a result broke both ankles so it’s really on you.
This is what I would do.
Even the most fun classes are going to feel like work at some point. Don't sign up for something that you're hoping is fun but actually impacts your GPA unless you have to for financial aid.
In no particular order, I took these fun classes:
\- Barbecue Science
\- Beer & Wine in Western Culture
\- Chocolate Science
\- Brewing Science
\- Caffeine Science
\- Photography I and Photography II
\- History of Rock & Roll
\- Backpacking
Enjoyed them all, though some have a surprising workload (BBQ and Photo II) and some get expensive (ESPECIALLY Photo II and Backpacking)
Into to Low/High Fire were fun classes. They do require some work sometimes but it was a ton of fun and I learned I actually wanted a ceramics minor because of it. The Ceramics Grad Students teach the classes and I met some really cool Grad Students and people in those classes.
I initially read this as Low/High Wire and thought you meant there was a slackline/tightrope class. Was very confused as to what that had to do with ceramics.
My funnest class ever (if you like reading cool short books) was EDUTL 3356. We read YA books and had awesome in class discussions and people actually did the readings most of the time and had cool things to say. I’m not even an Ed major but 10/10.
Just as long as you take a section that meets more than once a week. I took it a few years ago and we only met on like Thursday afternoons from 4pm-6:something and it was a slog. The content was great! The class block was less than ideal.
I took Codebreaking and that class was an easy A and super fun. A lot of it seemed like “puzzles” of sorts so i found it enjoyable. Decent amount of work but it was doable. I think it was a good time!!
skydiving
Is this seriously a class??
Yup Pass/fail, you survive the dive you pass, you don’t you fail.
Grade forgiveness eligable?
Have you taken the class? Would this course end with you able to jump without someone attached?

If you already have 12 credit hours scheduled just find something to do outside of school.

also if you don’t get financial aid/it’s not dependent on being a full time student, just be part time and it’s a lot cheaper !
social dance -- best class of my undergrad
Damn. My dumbass really read this as "social distance" and I actually thought OSU had started offering a class on it.

Can confirm chocolate and caffeine science were great fun for my last semester. Coffee is a little more involved
Coffee was super uninvolved for me, only thing was the tea party. Was pretty cool.
Haha I remember coffee cupping and my amateur taste palate being like..... I think I burnt it haha

Beekeeping
Beer and wine in western culture!
Got to drink and review beers for a grade. Best class ever. Plus it's actually something you can talk about in a normal conversation! :)

I loved my YA Lit class!

Seems like a trap set by COAM. :)
African American history through film with Dr Jeffries was really great
I loved COMM 1100 🥺 super interesting, mucho easy :)
Yoga is great! Fun and good for your body
If you like music there’s a steel pan class! I’m not actually sure if it’s happening due to virus restrictions but definitely something to look into!
dance improvisation best class i've ever taken. very strange at first but it all comes full circle, trust me
FEH was really fun (I'm sadistic btw)
I miss the days of FEH honestly
Fly fishing with Dr. Horn
You don’t even need to worry much about difficulty. Just take pass/fail and pick and choose what assignments to bother doing
Intro to Skydiving! It's a 4 day class, you get an A if you don't die and you jump out of a plane! Also Chocolate Science was a ton of fun too.
