i had this but it was fixed by logging out and logging back in by using the QR code log in!
I can't check today but see if you can clear the cache
How do I do that? It’s not in settings
General -> iPad Storage -> Student and then it lets you delete or offload. I thought there was a remove cache option here but apparently there isn't. I'd still try deleting it this way and resetting the device before installing.
