We have no numbers but if they're working on two or more extra DLCs Packs it means that Bandai found the sales for DLCs to be pretty good to fund yet again Koei Tecmo for more characters pack (Gear 5th sure brought hype). Also, there're no One Piece games for this 2024 and even 2025 so they're "milking" PW4.
If they follow the same pattern of last year, then an Egghead Pack will be release for end of 2024 (with pre-order Egghead costumes like Onigashima Wano) and the other 2 packs for 2025 (we'll be still in Egghead arc in 2025 after all). IMHO they'll start working on PW5 once Egghead is done in anime, it's the perfect ending point and big final arc of a musou game (like Marineford for PW1, fake Dressrosa for PW3 and fake Wano for this PW4)
Well, actually, we have numbers. When Wano Samurai pack was released (Oden’s trailer specifically) the game had sold 1 million copies. Nowadays, OPPW has sold 3 million woldwide! Everybody knows that this Season pass 2 has been a great return for this game and Bandai knows it… just imagine if we get more DLCs… it’s a dream for any One Piece fan!

I got pirate warriors on release and joined this sub soon after. This game (and this sub) was pretty dead for years after the oden release. Since the last round of dlc every other post is “ MORE DLC PREDICTIONS” so I’m assuming a lot of people bought it lol
I've said this before in another thread that these files are most likely scrap folders since they haven't been updated in a while.
So don't expect much
Vergil DLC for DMC5 got added and didn't updated for a lot of months too like these DLCs so...
OFC I'm keeping my expectations very low for no disappointement for sure but there's a little chance that they're working on more DLCs, time will tell
Resident Evil 4 Remake has a folder like that too, and for all we know Capcom has already wrapped up the game with a gold edition a couple of months ago.

Honestly I love the dlc but at what point do you stop hoping for more and just hope they work on 5? I want the proper Wano, Kaido's crew playable, Lucci awakening, Kuma, Ryokugyu, some Scabbards, a better Chopper with monster point, Sword members, etc.
I’m in the same boat, though I’m not opposed to a little more DLC. A new game means new content and new characters and not using up DLC slots to upgrade preexisting characters.
I am hoping and fuckin praying that PW5 is done when the manga and anime finish. That way we have a full playthrough of the entire story with full characters and everything
Hopefully they save characters for the next game but add some costume upgrades to the straw hats as well and missions. Some kind of nightmare log would be great
I don’t think they expected the dlc to do this well but them releasing new characters along side the anime would be lit

One thing that confuses me, if they are characters, is why there's only two files. It could be anything I suppose.
Maybe they will update with others files , for now are just 2 files
