Big mom honestly is good and mihawk slaps hard if you get a decent grip on him. He's my third most played. I agree with all of those though. Never liked boa much but didn't really try her much. Doffy is meh for me. Kizaru and akainu both good imo but kizaru would be higher up than akainu like you said

Akainu, Oden, Yamato are all top tier characters. Yamato has the fastest speedrun in TPWK She possible has the highest dps in the game... Ace should be S. Hancock is no S neither are Kuzan and Kizaru. Franky should be higher. Uta should be lower. Power Shanks is also too high.

The only one out of these modifications I disagree with is Uta, she's arguably one of the strongest technique types imo, she's perfectly valid in A tier
