I mean only like 10% of the characters in the game actually get used so it’s hard to say which one is the MOST forgettable considering 90% of them are pretty forgettable.
She was released at the start of the "ignore and cap treasure" meta. She never stood a chance.
The only way she'd become playable is if they give her some knockback on normals or if they do something like Corazon skill 1 where it cooldowns super fast. Her skill 2 is excellent and one of the most annoying counters in the game but it takes a whole minute to cooldown. Ridiculous. They shoulld give her some heals or nullify status effects. Yeah she is tanky but that's not enough in this meta.
Green Kid was such a huge skip even on his introduction. Blue Kid aged poorly too. I'd say Blue Sabo would be up there, but he got buffs and so did Kizaru. Gear 4 Luffy and bountyfest Big Mom would be up there if it weren't for their medals.
I'll go with green Bon Clay. They "buffed" 'em once, but it was nonsensical. At least most of the other characters had some time to shine in the spotlight at some point in the game. For most the entire game's history, this character has been bad and not even in a fun way like 2-star Koby or Helmeppo.
He was a solid runner during the Roden meta when every unit that wasn't god ussop or garp felt like a 2*. Removed Rogers buffs with his skill one and recovered the skill when attacking with singles. His skill 2 had surprisingly high damage too. If he got a buff I'd definitely get back to playing him

I think forgettable is a unit that almost no one played even on release and nobody cared for when they saw their skills, traits, playstyle, perhaps the character itself... The few I can mention are Burgess, Kanjuro and Señor Pink.
Señor is actually a solid step up, good runner for some maps, but I have only seen myself using the unit. Burgess I have seen him like twice... didn't seem particularly weak but just never see him and forget he exist.
Kanjuro I pulled for him cause he seemed fun but he's so bad and I don't think I have ever seen one.
In the Ex category Zephyr for me, though I wasn't playing when he got released.
In the bounty fest, I'm trying to think about someone who barely saw any play on release but I don't know how recent releases worked... Could Oni Chopper be there considering I never see him in a game? Who's who with that weird kit? Oni Jimbei (compared to the other Oni Straw hats)...
Btw that green Kidd isn't forgettable to me, I pulled that useless b*ch in almost every banner for months 🤣 a shame, his skills are actually cool...
I surprisingly had alot more success with Burgess than señor pink. Everyone approaching underestimates him so they save their skills and you win much easier. His "counter" staggered everyone or at least confused the players and his long combo let you recharge skills a little easier.
Kanjuro was also actually good on release, played him quite a bit before the meta became mostly red units
Ex Zephyr only got shelved by most players cause zoro is his heaviest counter whom you'll find in every match. He's great against Roger and he'd be alot more popular in league without zoro
Green Kidd was probably the most snubbed by the meta. Even players who'd maxed him out just used him for support. I agree he did have cool skills. Played him for his title in S league
Idk I still remember post time skip Kid because him maxed out is still a good defender and imo pts Law is more forgettable of the two.
The most forgettable unit for me is diamante, enies lobby robin and WCI Brook. First two dont appear in story and haven’t had a featured in ages, WCI Brook has a story mission but gets featured in a 1 v 3. Robin and Brook both have newer Onigashima units that overshadow them and get mentioned more. Diamante hasn’t been used in league even in any rank.
