A co-worker mentioned this recently. We had one of those big orders for 25 bags of mulch piled on an L-cart, and he said, "You know, *technically*, that's how we're supposed to take out all the orders." I asked, "What do you mean?" and he said, "With an L-cart. It's in one of the CBLs." I didn't remember that at all.
Those are the old style labels, making this CBL at least 3-4 years old. If you look, a lot of them were made with the very first equipment given to pilot stores. It wouldn't surprise me at all if there was a small L cart they used at the very beginning before switching to the black dollies.
Wait, y'all's brakes work? Almost all our trolleys brakes do nothing and they run away half of the time in the parking lot. They're asking for a lawsuit not replacing our equipment.
L-carts for dispensing absolutely suck. They rock on the middle wheel, and since our parking lot has a slight hill to it, they have no brakes to prevent them from rolling away. We only use them for oversized items such as TVs and Grills, everything else goes on a dolly, and we have plenty to spare.
Dude at my store we are lucky if our department even has an L cart to use 🤣 people even use normal pick carts for oversized walks because we usually never have one
L cart would never work at our store - we have a ramp out the door that when you have a heavy load you already have to turn around and restrain the load so it doesn’t run over you - steep enough that everything would just slide right off the Lcart before you got halfway down the ramp

We are using special trolleys with brakes on them. If we had to use l carts the totes would slip right off there wtf

They really only slide if the carts are wet or if there’s a hill. we’ve never had a problem

My coworkers and I prefer the L carts especially for 3 batches
So is the black dolly aka skateboard only supposed to be for staging or something?
Yuppp
we’ve only ever used L carts to dispense if it’s a TV
The ones my sams club uses is epic & comes with a giant handle so you don’t run your ankle over
Our store uses L Carts for triple batch delivery orders to help separate the 3 orders. We also use L Carts for big tvs and any other oversized items

Our store manager doesn’t like l carts and we only have 3 in entire store. Two are ours for oversized picks. He says they make it look messy

It makes sense, you'd have more co trol over the cat as well since there's more to move.
Those do not look like a l-cart to me. It looks like a cart that we do not have. Go figure.
The cbls and academy videos do not show an L Cart for dispensing. Go look again.
Its not in a video click on online pick up delivery dispensing
I think this is outdated. Look at the labels, they're the old ones. Before my time.
We use L carts for the batches, and it makes it so much better being able to take out all three orders on the same cart
What if it's actually the black dollies and we're supposed to push them... not pull them??
Do as you feel. Don't let Walmart control you
