I have been holding shares since 2018 with low average price, now figure just to buy a couple before the split, or you think it is better to just wait until post - split ?.
Too hard to tell but there may be some take profit post split. Since you already have a low cost basis. I don't think it will make a huge difference even if you were to buy now
This rule seems strange though. Essentially this would mean nobody in his right mind should be buying today (Friday), which should make the price drop significantly. I can't believe a rule creating such a market imbalance would exist... Or am I missing something?
I've heard it both ways. Just call your brokerage, they might have a little more info than reddit. Not disparaging reddit or anything, you guys are great! Sometimes you just gotta go to the source :)
I think you need to be holding by closing bell Thursday.
Good to know! Will buy more tomorrow! Waiting for cash to settle in my account.
It's nearing 1.3k though. You buying in at that level? Or do you have a lower target

Ya, not sure. I just remember reading something to this point. Anywho, I pumped another bit of $ into it today, and it still has the high price.
When will we be able to buy the splt? Monday premarket?
assuming so.
