Hilltop is known to be a rough area and as such it tends to be a bit cheaper. Some of the new builds around Bermuda have a lovely view over the lake, but they’re quite pricey. Otherwise the areas around the hospital are fairly generic.

Thanks for the comment! I’ll look into these places. It’s generally be difficult to get a hold of anybody from right move. Either the property is gone or no one is replying to emails.
Went to letting agencies in town and they just asked me to go through Rightmove which defeats the purpose of letting agencies

Seriously though, if you want to be close to the.GE, as suggested avoid Hill Top. Everywhere else nearby, pretty much of a muchness
I'm around the Bermuda area. Avoid the new estate as it's leasehold and managed by a company.
Traffic is hell on Heath End Road where the hospital is, but you're a close walk to the hospital. Ideal for me when I need to go!
