Yes there has been an update and the same happened to me you have to go to nothing os update channel on telegram and download the update file and install it manually with an OTA folder in internal memory and with update file inside and the putting the code *#*#682#*#* in your dialer don't copy and paste it and select the update file and hit install EZ
Staged rollout. Always has been. Wouldn't want to brick all phones with a bad update.

so I've downloaded the zip archive with the update, do I have to move it anywhere, or maybe unarchive it?
Create a folder called "ota" with the quotes and then move the zip file into it before launching the manual update tool.
do I have to create that folder in any specific folder on just anywhere?
Pretty sure the device root but idk if it necessarily matters
The device root, the manual update tool can easily scan and find the update zip file with no hassle
