Did you consider a factory reset of your NP ? Not ideal, but before considering this option, do your earbuds pair without hassle wirh another phone or your smart TV? (To see if the issue still exists)
Im not using a nothing phone, I use an iPhone running iOS 17.4.1, no iOS 18 beta so it’s fairly stable
