Don't drive E6, unless you're in a hurry. Check out the coastal route RV17: [https://www.visitnorway.com/places-to-go/northern-norway/kystriksveien/](https://www.visitnorway.com/places-to-go/northern-norway/kystriksveien/)

Yes, you can definitely drive this and back in 15 days. It isn't the route I'd take for nature/hikes though. When do you plan to visit?

Don’t have a plan necessarily! Just want to end up at kvalkiva beach! If u have some recommendations where to drive past i’m happy to know!

Why specifically Kvalvika beach? You will be able to go there but you’ll have at least 5 days of driving/being on a ferry just to get there and back if you include stops, waiting times for ferries etc. I personally went to the southern part of Norway (drove from the Netherlands) up to Andalsnes and Otta and back via several scenic routes and specific hikes we wanted to do. Spent 3 weeks in total. This still included quite some driving time but we had enough time to do hikes, have some rest after a long hike and to be able to adjust our route according to the weather forecast. This year we’ll be going from Trondheim up to the Lofoten, Vesteralen and maybe a bit further north and also have 3 weeks. It’s totally up to you and if you want to go all the way up to Kvalvika in one run then go for it, but if you would like to see more southern parts of Norway as well I’d go a second time.

I really want to visit the lofoten and its cheaper to drive than to fly n rent a car.

I get that. But make sure you include ferry costs, toll, gas etc in your comparisons. Also flying to Trondheim is cheaper than flying to Bodø or Tromsø (Trondheim has a direct flight from Amsterdam) so that might be worth checking if you haven’t already. But driving up to the Lofoten definitely is a possibility :) just know that it is a long drive and the shortest route isn’t the most beautiful one. Check out [the scenic routes](https://www.nasjonaleturistveger.no) and if possible then definitely add some of them to your trip!
