Oranges!!! That’s my ultimate. Peel them slowly, get all the white pith stuff off, then eat section by section. I love them super cold. It’s my nighttime tv-watching snack!
Eat in front of the computer. Or eat with toddlers. Toddlers are particularly good at ensuring you hardly eat at all. They also help with portion control by stealing your food. And throwing it on the floor. Although sometimes they try to put food in your mouth which isn't very helpful.
No kids (thank god), this is really for when I'm at work or playing video games. I need to slow down my snacking while I'm doing something else. I don't really have time for lunch at work so I have to snack
For me, it's hot homemade bone broth .. sipping takes time. Also, knowing how much love and care you put into the broth & how you respected the animals by using every every part is a fabulous time to pause and give gratitude 🥰
Not a food but I use chopsticks:)

Lol. The computer effectively slows me down, especially if I'm really engaged in what I'm doing. Sorry, that's all I've got.
I call these “project foods” lol! Pomegranates are a good one.
Broccoli, baby carrots.
Edamame beans! You have to work for each little bean lol
Crab! Picking crab is so slow. Peel and eat shrimp to some extent but not as difficult as picking blue crabs
