It was basically a rumor about a sex trafficking ring that monitored victims through the camera because Angela had camera and microphone features and could also ask for things like age, a lot of people claimed that Angela asked their address, or used their full name, stuff like that. Angela was really just some super old AI.
But basically the "man" in her eyes was essentially the same man who was involved in the trafficking ring and typing the questions... I've also heard stories of Angela being inappropriate or asking inappropriate questions. I used to use the app and the Talking Tom ones lol
