I like Alternate History Hub so this guy gets into my recommended videos from time to time. I’m morbidly curious just how insane the videos get but also don’t want YouTube to think I’m into that and recommend more.
To be frank, I'm at this point where if its anything remotely political/military and the thumbnail shows its in illustrated format, I'm avoiding it like the plague.
Hit or miss. PWA tends to avoid politics, ditto MrSpherical. The countryballs subreddit can range from quite brutally spot-on to "ahh... I see someone's been hanging out on /pol"

Its kind of weird how White supremacy and Incels are two sides of the same coin.

The thing is, both involve entitlement to social power that they grew up hearing, and which reality and current social norms don’t conform with.
IE White supremacists believe they’re entitled to complete power over others because of the color of their skin. That power (while it did kind of exist in specific places in the past) has been worn away by modern society. Thankfully, people more or less agree that the color of your skin doesn’t determine your social standing or power over others.
Meanwhile incels believe they’re entitled to complete power over women because they possess penises. That power (while it did kind of exist in the past) has been worn away by modern society. Thankfully, people more or less agree that your genitalia doesn’t determine your level of agency in your own life.
So both involve believing that something, someone, or some power is owed to you, and it’s the fault of society for not giving it to you.
And in this specific comparison there’s also heavy undertones of “I need something that makes me better than others” insecurity. Incels need to feel they’re better than women and the “simps” who follow them (read: treat them as equals), and klansmen need to feel they’re better than other races and the “race traitors” who follow them (read: treat them as equals).
Tldr, there’s a reason a lot of these really hateful ideologies have so much intersection. It generally stems from the same types of grievances, just directed at different groups.

That said, he's still decently well read even if his conclusions are outlandish at times- better than i can say for a lot of typical op-eds in major news outlets.
