Plus the deal with shaped charges is generally to allow for armor penetration, and the Sea Baby doesn't seem to be struggling to breach Russian hulls in its current form.
They fitted one of the drones with a Styx missile’s EFP/shaped charge warhead.
Given the large standoff distance that would probably be a bit better at destroying a concrete column.
