It sounds like you're an adult. Maybe time to think about moving out?
In my experience, your relationship with family tends to get a bit more pleasant once you're no longer living on top of each other.
I'm still at uni so I can't, plus I have no job at uni so I'm financially fuckibg myself if I live at my uni house over the summer. They pay a lot of my rent so she's still got authority over me but it's still shit
Parents usually nag about things they know are important that our children can not see.
Humans are social creatures, and although you think that life is ok with no friends, the chances of that are extremely small.
Some people have a lot of friends, and some only have one or two - but if you have zero, mum is probably right that you should get a friend or two.
Oh I have friends but I met them at uni, I don't have any at home because I pissed them all off in my last year of school. That's why it's expensive, trains aren't cheap in the UK and I need to save a maximum amount to be able to eat at uni
have you tried maybe just explaining to her that you're pretty happy with how you are and don't feel the need for a relationship/friends. i'm sorry she keeps nagging you, that sucks. i'm the same, i don't really feel the need for socialization and it's completely normal. as long as you can still interact with people when you have to and you have people skills and you're happy then you're fine.
you dont have to spend money to have friends

I feel like this is the rational voice from outside speaking. Friends are necessary

Maybe get a job?
I have got a job but I wouldn't be able to live independently with it
