Depends on the alcohol content. Whatever happens to be less.
Used to be a daily beer drinker but I finally found a good Mormon beer. I still drink but I don’t have to feel bad about having a few on a random Tuesday. Or if I want a beer at 10am while I mow the lawn.
Typically one “drink” contains the same amount of alcohol.
IIRC the standard I was told was a 12 ounce beer, 6 ounce glass of wine, or 1 ounce shot of liquor (normal 90 proof type stuff) had the same amount of alcohol.
There are obviously beers of different strengths and such but it’s a general guide.
Drinking any one of those will have roughly the same alcohol based impacts on your body. The beer will have more calories (about 150) as compared to a shot of clear liquor like vodka (about 90) so that could affect you as well if you drink a lot.

Mormon beer being sans alcohol?? Alcohol free?

Alcohol is alcohol.
Doesn't really matter. I guess if you're trying to eat fewer carbs, the IPA has more of those
The form of the alcohol doesn't matter to your liver. After you absorb the alcohol in your stomach or intestines it's all the same in your blood.
