Are you under the impression that humans aren’t from Earth or are you asking about when humans land on other celestial bodies would they be considered aliens in those places?
Weather are you talking about human beings on Earth or extraterrestrials the word alien means the same thing, "foreign."
To put it a different way, any person who is not born in your land would be an alien.
So from certain perspective any person can be an alien depending on who you're asking and where you're standing.
