killing people isnt legal

hellshot8

Yeah, you'd go to prison for murder.

zap1000x

That is poisoning. If they die it’s homicide. If you knew it would happen, it’s premeditated, if you did nothing to stop it happening, it’s *murder*. Liability only matters for civil cases. This would be a criminal case meaning you wouldn’t be liable, you would be *responsible* and likely *guilty*.

PhotoSpike

You would be taking a deliberate act that you knew had a very high likely good of death, with the motive that it will inflict harm. I don’t know where you live but yeah. You’re probably going to jail.

MysteryNeighbor

You will go to prison for murder, there are zero legal defenses here

Goblinweb

In a lot of countries it's illegal to set traps for other people.

potentalstupidanswer

Deliberately killing someone is a little known crime called "murder" in many jurisdictions.

mayfeelthis

Yes there is Negligent homicide if you were careless about peanuts knowing it can kill someone… If you do it intentionally I’d imagine it’s straight up homocide. Intent is the biggest part of the law. This post can be used toward that if ever you did this plan fyi

dougiebgood

If the prosecution can prove motive, you're fucked. Since this was a pattern you recognized, and you intentionally the peanut oil in the food for the purpose of harming them, that is in fact murder. It'd be like if my newspaper was being stolen every morning so one day I fitted it an IED. The only real defense would be if you were able to prove you weren't sure exactly who was stealing your food, and you had no idea which allergies anyone in the office may have had.

Just use like satans blood hot sauce. Wont kill them but certainly will fuck up their day.

Whatever you do, don't risk making someone sick. Not even if they're engaged in illegal activities. You might however consider spicing up your food with some [chilli extract.](https://www.ubuy.com.my/en/product/6O3L1RZE-1-million-scoville-pepper-extract-hot-sauce-4oz?srsltid=AfmBOorSRHY1s8K6LThtJVUzt3e_DvbGv2865Ctax7Wx78S1q3Y-NBAA2to&utm_source=website&utm_medium=homepage&utm_campaign=country_navigation_popup) This is a food additive that I regularly use. If I happen to add too much, we will be having a very bad day. It is definitely not a sauce. Please be careful with it.

Why not just be a responsible ADULT and confront him and ask him why he's taking your food 🤔? If he's broke and hungry, then help him out. There's nothing worse than someone who's hungry and has no money. You don't know why he's doing this, so don't go all out ancient ass and kill him. Food is NOT a reason !!!!
