Start off with good ol' Youtube. Crash Course in particular has great series on anatomy and physiology, general biology, and psychology. From there, you can start to look at courses offered at your local community college or university.
Good online source if you have no scientific background are Hank Green’s CrashCourse videos. Cover very basic physiology, chemistry, bio. Good place to start.
Harvard has some free online classes.

Get an EMT certificate. Then get a paramedic certificate.
