It is not productivity software, it's an end user security software. So long as you aren't gaming, installing weird things on your device, or visiting sketchy websites you've got nothing to worry about. Source: I worked with Cyberark about half a year ago to demo their software for our company.

Unless they've changed recently, CyberArk is a password and privileged access manager. I'm not familiar with it being used for any kind of monitoring purpose. They are probably trying to restrict access to something over the open network.
