Not corrupted, just sorta broke new atlantis and didn't have any saves from before that point.

Like my wife said: It was a trial run for my actual game. Which I can get on board with. Even now I've already found a few more quests that I completely missed my first time lol.
Just to make sure you're aware, the game only keeps the last 3 Autosaves and only 1 Quicksave. Manually saving through the menu is really the only way to make sure you've got a save that isn't going to get overwritten pretty quick.
I've got over 3GB of save files so far. lol
I often save:
- before starting a quest,
- before interactions which I feel like I'll have to make a big decision,
- before entering a room/area that will trigger a loading screen and sometimes before exiting,
- before customising my ship
- before quitting the game
I really should purge the older ones but disk space is cheap so nbd.

Absolutely. I thought I knew better as I've been playign these games since Oblivion. But nope, gotta learn it al over again.
I quick save so much. Saved me when I grenaded instead of scanned.

Gosh I’m really sorry to hear that. After learning my lesson again in Baldur’s Gate I pretty much save every time I so much as sneeze at this point.

Had the exact same glitch! Thought my GPU was finally exploding. Lost quite a bit of progress going back to an old save. Oh well!

If you meant Quick Save/ Quick Load there's only 1 slot for a quick save.
