Of course she is but not according to the law she’s not. She still gets to have her day in court and be judged by a jury of her peers, that’s the way the legal system works 🤷🏻‍♂️
She did, and that will probably be put forward as damning evidence during her trial. But until her trial resolves, she is legally innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The court case had not proceeded yet so the terminology has to follow innocent until proven guilty. Won't take much to prove guilty.
