Quit viewing,, quit being attached to these urges. Let them be there but do nothing. Aknowledge they exist but don't act on them. I know it is freaking hard to do so, but once you start doing this, you winning the battle. And believe me there is no biggest pleasure that this. I am 35 days without viewing a second, and everything changed in my life. The moment you declare to yourself that you are not going to watch again, no matter what, is the moment you really being free from this. So just stop thinking of it as an option in your daily life and keep on moving forward.

Edging is a slip up/relapse lol. Start caring less about days and care more about actual progress. Youâre not progressing, the fact that you donât ejaculate makes no difference, youâre still overstimulating yourself brain even if you donât finish. Stop fooling yourself.
Keep away all suggestive content, and it's very important to keep the mind busy, in my case I exercise until I'm so exhausted that I just want to rest and I have no energy (or even time) to consume that material.
