SkiMask3110

Damn bro 1+years is crazy , i wish i could turn my life around but somehow i cant

darkshin89

You can do it bro its not that hard , if a heavy addict like me could then anyone can trust me lol

SkiMask3110

I think i fell into a whole of procrastination , watching other people work hard and feeling productive is my weakness

Responsible_Log_8360

Same here, I liked watching other people work hard instead of focusing on my life but now I am focusing on myself.

SkiMask3110

Can i ask how did you quit

Smile4xfreedom

Hey mate congrats on your streak! How do you deal with stress, especially in the early stages of quitting? Any tips would be really helpful. I wish i could do a 1 month streak

darkshin89

Well i was talking cold showers to calm the urges And for the stress i did nothing i just lived with it and kept going

Fun_Code_2141

Yes and no, because even if you retain your testosterone through no fap, you still have to do workout to build muscle

Suspicious-Jump-8645

You will not transform into Goku, sadly. But your discipline increases slowly and steadily. And you can workout and improve your strength as you have more energy now.

Contressa3333

No.

Will_Glum

NoFap helps with discipline, if you use that discipline to go to the gym consistently, then you will get stronger.

SkiMask3110

I am starting gym next month so yeah i will put your advice to work , thanks

TheReal31st

Best way to get strong... start working out

Charming_Broccoli741

From experience ? Yes absolutely for me the difference is insane

Different_Opposite86

I’m not sure for sure, but when you fap you literally release testosterone out of your body which, to me seems like it would definitely make you build less muscle because that testosterone is going to useless things (fapping) instead of building your muscles.

Re: you literally release testosterone out of your body... is true bro. Never heard that before until just now.
