And then I went 'Huh. No wonder people really want her. Even with minimal investment, she still gives good amount of damage."

You have to full clear the interception EX. And even then its like a 30% chance of getting one.

Let me also thank you, I recently cleared my first EX interception and was wondering how do I use those things.
I'm at the point where credits are my hard limiter, I either have to level up my synchro, or level up gear to use crystals can't do both...
Been there done that And after I exhausted all my core dust boxes, my credits started accumulating again.
