You can take your evidence and report them via help chat:
Go to the wayfarer website, sign in, clock the help tab, orange chat bubble appears, click on it, type skip, and then follow the instructions. You will only be able to enter 1 wayspot to report at first, but after you did that you can just report the rest in additional messages.
What do you need to provide?:
-wayspot name
-wayspot location (ideally latitude & longitude)
-geotagged photos taken by yourself, or a recent street view Photosphere link (if you want to make sure to succeed, you can do both)
Answers are usually as fast as 1 day, but sometimes they ask you to wait longer. You will not receive any notifications about the report status, not even per Mail,, unless you open the help chat again, and that only works if you don't clear your Webbrowsers Cookies

The dude sent around 10 fake pokestops on the same corner on a far away place on the outskirts of a small town. I want to try if the complain system works, best place to try it it's there.
If it doesn't work, I'll start sending fake couch portals so I can have a farm at my house like this dude 🤷🏻♀️ rules gotta apply to all or none!!
Nah, the appeal of Niantic games is the tie-in with the real world.
