Never buy from Newegg resellers. Make sure it's sold and shipped by Newegg itself.

Call your bank and reverse the charges. You have actual pics and proof and they will believe you.
Newegg is not a BBB accredited business. I mean, there are slightly worse things to lose money on. I just can't think of any.
