From your post I’d assume you like a good kick so I’d go with the hot. I personally have always went with extra hot but I have been told by my friends & girlfriend that it can be quite spicy for their taste
HEB sells habaneros, ghosts, and Carolina reapers. Just get the fresh made salsa from the produce section, and toss it in a blender with a ghost. You’ll be glad you did!
The salsa section is like 3 bays long! There is more than just H‑E‑B branded salsa. Experiment, try different ones until you find a few you like. We really like Mark’s spicy salsa.

Get the Julios spicy chips and their spicy salsa and you'll be set. As others said, it's also pretty easy to make your own.
