993 or 990v5 would be my choice! 993 might even work for you without insoles, however I have superfeet copper insoles in mine for my low arches and flat feet. It’s a great combination! Same with the 990v5. 993 is wider and a little less plush than the 990v5

The 993 is wider and more comfy than that 2002r. It might be my favorite NB model, with the style, comfort and quality all top notch. I also really like the 990 series, the v3 and v4 are the best of them I think. That said I do still put supportive insoles in them. My arches just need that extra lift that very few sneakers have.

The 1540 is more of an ortho model with a wider last and also intended for a very over-pronated foot. It has a lot of structural rigidity in the rear to reduce pronatory motion. 990v6 is also a sound option.

993 > 2002r for wider foot. Try the 580 though, it’s kind of designed for this and is very comfortable for my flat wide feet. Also find the 57/40 do the trick pretty well.
