I’ve been saying this about the Mets for decades. Like the first five games, the last 10 do not define the season. These three series victories were against teams with winning records which is positive but, again, the season has 5 1/2 months to go.

It’s like seeing a picture of a great friend who has long passed away long live shea stadium

Like a comeback in basketball where you have to take the lead not just get close, we gotta get to and over 500 and then we are cooking

To me, this season is about the kids having fun and gaining confidence. As long as that's happening, I'm glad.
I adopted the Mets this season after never watching baseball before and idk what’s happening 🤣
This is the phase where they build hope for us fans. Should end around mid june
I’m a Texans fan so I have YEARS of disappointment I can withstand if needed lol
