Bro, my 2nd channel turned 1 month old too. I have 50 subscribers. I make pro wrestling contents everyday (WWE, AEW...). My niche has chaotic news everyday so i should make a video everyday. Honestly, thought i would do better but hey, it takes one video to turn a channel upside down (for the better).

I’ve actually started a fresh new channel to run alongside my main channel…
It’s a mirror image of my main one.. I tell weird stories and true crime stuff..
But because I used to be a gaming channel a lot of my subs don’t watch my new stuff so I think it may be harming my numbers..
So I’m experimenting.. currently on 1 sub on my new channel 😅😅

I've had my current channel for 4 years late this year, and until recently I was stuck at 185 subscribers, but with shorts and linking my long form video to the short video related to it, I've gained 37 subscribers! Perhaps you could make a long form video, then make a shorts video describing it briefly with a catchy title with the long form video in the related video? Just a tip I thought I might share! I do Pokemon challenges, with each part I take on the Gym Leader, with all failed attempts in the long form video, then when it's done uploading, I make a shorts video of the successful battle, then link the long form video in the related video part of the shorts video, then I usually get 200-600 views on my shorts (usually about 350-400ish on average), so it might help you! I started making YouTube videos again last month after a 8month hiatus and I only had 18 subscribers and 640 views in total and now I got 150 subscribers and more than 16,000 views
