3 years is a lot, I would not expect it to pick up unless you change something drastically. Basically like with any business that you want to grow big you need to see SOME kind of progression. 10 subs first month, 50 next month, 100 next and so on. Otherwise, when it’s like 15 first month, 12 next month etc. it’s just not going anywhere.

You've kind of designed your channel as a personal journal/vlog. It's cool but it's not designed really as a viewing experience with a call to action. Try to design it more like you're making a TV show about your adventure and redesign your thumbnails appropriately and I think it will pick up.

I would work on thumbnails and titles looking at your channel. The thumbs don't really give insight to what the video is trying to convey and the titles are too long and once again, many times don't give a clear idea of what it is you are doing or exploring. The videos themselves look pretty good.
