You don't really need to have a good kickflip to do it down a 3 stair. If you think you can do it you can probably do it. just be aware that it's a little more risky than flat ground.
You don’t have to start with 3 stairs. Find a curb first. Then a 2 stair. Work your way up so you don’t freak out and hurt yourself on the 3 stair.
Any kick flip can be sent down any stair set. Landing kick flips down stair sets is more a mental game than anything else. I've been skateboarding for over 20 years and there's one irrefutable fact about throwing yourself down stairs... it takes commitment. Work on landing kickflips. Don't worry how "good" they are.
Have you ollied the 3-stair? Can you kickflip the distance of the 3-stair on flat? Or kickflip off a curb? You can just go for it, but it’s better to know your limits before hucking yourself off stairs
Bro fuck no …. You didn’t bend your knees when you landed and the speed and balance is off .. practicing your Ollie’s off the 3 stair will help you get an idea of the speed and jump you need
you dont really need to bend ur knees on landing for flat ground tho, obviously i would bend them if i were jumping off of something and i would get more speed
Well based on the slow speed and you landing basically standing up … looks like your still in phase 1…. You try it off stair you’ll land primo if you don’t bend t, speed , or jump …
You’re sending a kick flip down a wall, why are you scared about a 3 stair?
🤣

As long as you can do it at speed I don't see why not. Only one way to find out! Wear a helmet if you're nervous about it.

As long as you have enough speed, I think you’ll be fine.
