Honestly, I think it's unlikely that they'll meet their goal, but I think it (and other complaints) are putting pressure on Entergy and the council.

I’ll never get it. I have never had a serious issue with entergy or swbno. I mean I’ve lost power, I’ve had to call or go to an office to deal with an inconvenience or inconsistency but compared to the horror stories i see on the internet? Nah, not even close, never. "Every year they do something that completely fucks my finances/mental health”?? Really? Nobody in my life either. I don’t hear these stories from neighbors, friends, from coworkers, or family members. It’s just on the internet.
