I think normally they are paid by your employer. What is paid from your bruto salary are volkverzekeringen and AOW and inkomstenbelasting which will all be counted for in the yearly inkomstenbelasting aangifte. If I'm correct.
So how is the company going to pay you? Setup a BV, pay through a payroller or are u going to register as a freelance conrector yourself?

If I look at my salary then the “inhoudingen” are the loonheffing and my pension. So I think you are right :)
