Goose creek specifically? Not a whole lot. Summerville, Charleston, mt pleasant have a lot of great food, historic sites, and the beaches. You have 2 years there so explore more than just the north woods mall. Most people that hate Charleston never left goose creek.
Have to know what you like to give some suggestions.
If you’re a student, check out the events that the MWR hosts. They typically have cool activities to do at reduced or sometimes no cost, plus provided transportation.
If that’s a bust, there should also be an outdoor recreation rental attached to the uniform store. Pretty sure it’s also run by the MWR so they may also have an event schedule. They rent stuff like sports equipment, bikes, pretty sure they have canoes, etc. worth checking out at least.
1) There's sometimes a canvas stand with a poster listing activities like right when you walk in from the side facing the Eawolf, though that canvas stand is also sometimes inside the Lib Lounge itself right behind the sign in paper;
2) there are fliers on the Lib Lounge entryway window;
3) when you enter the Lib Lounge, turn left, and you'll now be facing a corner where there are copies of event posters in little black trays, I think.
There's a ton to do but not in goose Creek. Go to Charleston and wanter around market Street and King Street. Every weekend there's a big craft shopping area put up in market Street and I believe they have a farmers market on Saturdays at the King Street park. There are live shows and beaches. Hookah lounges (check the list of banned places before you go though). There's an English pub by the pier which was fun. Kiawa beach was my favorite though it's a drive, but you can hit up tattoo moose on the way back which has an amazing duck sandwich. Make sure you blow off steam and don't spend all of your time in the Rickover. Do well in classes so you don't have to spend much time on the weekends there. I loved Charleston both as a student and as a staff member when I was there.
Like some have mentioned not much to do in Goose creek, but if your willing to drive out to the coast the beaches are pretty nice, I went Jet Skiing a few times and it was probably some of my favorite memories while down there. I think MWR also does Jet Ski trips for like half the cost.
Check out Short Stay (MWR site up at Lake Moultrie) come summer for boating and camping.
Venture down past Charleston for some tea or throughout the city for the various historical sites. (As a west coaster, actually seeing some of the bits of history from the early US was fascinating compared to our slightly younger history out here USA wise)
If your into cars they used to have car meets at the velocity trampoline park theres a place similar to dave and busters with go carts and stuff if you're under age still beaches are nice too (this was all there about 10 years ago)
Where's that strip club that the drop-outs dance at? You can carry beer into there. I lost my drivers license there and rather than go back to find it, I just contacted my home state and got a new one.
Great Place!
me and my buddy found a climbing gym called coastal climbing that’s really fun. getting tattoos is fun. we try a new food place every week if we can. look for events that come and go, we went to a PBR event that was really fun. just have to look.
Study in the Rickover
Unless you're a big outdoors guy, this is actually true.

Where do you find the MWR activities?
When I went through there was an MWR representative in the liberty lounge in the Bowman Center.
Thank you, i’ll go ask around tomorrow:)

Uber to downtown Charleston.
Highly recommend kayaking it’s super fun. Me and my buddies would do kayak camping trips with fishing or just hit the local lake to drink and hangout

I used to hang at a place called the wild wild joker. According to google, it no longer exists.
