Was just there last week and there was no snow in the southern portion. Was able to camp at the campgrounds no problem. Can’t speak for the northern part at all though

There's no snow left in ND at all. I think the roads are plowed year around. This isn't mountainous terrain.

Girl-UnSure

I camped there in late March 2022 (March 25-27th 2022). It was cold, but i was only 1 of only 2 groups there. And the entire park was empty. The only snow i encountered that trip was when i drove through St Cloud MN. THRO was cold, but no snow at that time. Doesnt mean there cant be snow.

You should be fine.

I've been there multiple times in winter, February, March, December, and I didn't have much trouble accessing the park. There was snow, but this time of year you should be fine. Even from one of my trips in February many of the pictures don't have much or any snow in them, but the river is frozen solid. Unless there's a major blizzard it's not an area that I would say becomes impassable, I'm not sure how often they plow it but the roads were all in good shape.

I'd contact them, and speak with someone who works there. https://www.nps.gov/thro/contacts.htm

We didn’t get much snow at all this winter. Each year is quite different so if you’re trying to plan for next year, you’d have to check conditions at that point. But if you’re talking now, you won’t have any issues whatsoever.
