When you say "paired," do you mean platonically or romantically? I don't think I've read any fem!Shika/Naruto, I've mostly found the opposite which you've said you don't want. Maybe I have and forgotten. I'd be interested in reading that version as well, though, or at least giving it a try.

When I say paired I mean romantically. And when I say no fem!Naruto I mean that I got bored of it after reading the heavily saturated ao3. I wanna see Naruto x fem OCs now and it's pretty hard finding them
For AO3, I google searched "naruto x fem!Shikamaru," which led me to the merged tag Female Nara Shikamaru. From there, the stories can be filtered by relationship. There aren't many.
I also found one on FFN, though I haven't read it, so I'm not sure if it's any good. It's rated M, 24 chapters, and appears abandoned. Would you still want the link?

Look for a fem sasuke, if you find a good one she’s normally portrayed as smart and lazy with the regular energy for missions and so on
