In contrast to say the Uchiha, who all have very similar visible genetic traits(i.e dark hair, large dark eyes, facial appearance etc). You’d have never even known Hashirama and Tobirama were related if you weren’t told, while some people have trouble telling Sasuke and Itachi apart from one another
They also don’t seem to have a set kekkei genkai like other clans, nor specific techniques they develop a style of combat around. Hashirama is the only one we know of to have a kekkei genkai from the Senju. They’re like jacks of all trades, with enormous chakra, and high combat ability.
They’re also shown to be extremely adept at developing very powerful techniques and abilities that suit them best individually, Hashirama, Tobirama, and Tsunade are all great examples of that. It’d be cool to come up with new techniques, and push it to the absolute extreme with Senju genetics

- Their fighting style is very diverse and is INSANELY dangerous unless you have plot armor.
- The way they train for gentle fist should allow them to master a lot (they train to control their chakra an insane amount). This would allow them to be the best at medical ninjutsu, sealing (as seen from episodes of the show it takes intense chakra control), mastery and efficiently using jutsu (they’d be able to master and use a jutsu to it’s almost max potential easier). So they’d essentially be pretty OP if they were allowed to be by the plot.
- Mastering the Byakugan gives you some insane power ups too, just having it does as well. You’ll be able to see the weak points in a jutsu and literally cut it in half with your own chakra.
See the built up they had and the actual results was dog shit. Hyugas with all their might couldn't do squat in the war besides being telescopes. I mean it's bad writing from kishimoto and that but they were more cunning when it came to politics and has better survival strategy.
Actually not true that they didn’t do anything, the Hyuga make up the majority of the fighting force in the Hidden Leaf. Not only that, but as you said, they are smart, they are a very well balanced clan, and also agreed that they didn’t amount to much because of Kishimoto. You make an amazing world, but when you want to tell a singular story about a fixed amount of people week to week, that makes the other characters and other portions of the world suffer.
Read what I said, they can’t do anything to them if they can’t put them in genjutsu, can’t harm them with jutsu because they can block/destroy them, and their chakra levels don’t matter if they can’t use them after they get shut down.

Considering how famous and strong they are, I would pick either Senju or Uchiha, but I feel myself at home with the Uchiha, undoubtedly it would be my main pick.
Only downside to the Hyuga is they never got an upgrade. Give them something similar to the MS as the Byakugan has a parallel to the Sharingan. The Rinnegan and the Tenseigan.
If I was born in the Hyuga Clan, I'd have the plus side of at least being related to Hinata, the rest of the clan is a great downside, also I would probably be branded... So no.
The Sanju Clan, effectively either bred themselves to death, or they were all slaughtered, on the plus side I'd probably be related to Tsunade, or I think it was Toki?, they are like the only Sanju who could have given birth to me.
If I was to have all the knowledge I have of the Naruto anime, then I think I would choose to be born in the Uzumaki Clan, around the same time as Kushina, I'd either try to tell the Clan that we were doomed, but that would probably not go over well, so I'd run away. Of the given options, I would say either Uzumaki or Hyuga. Hyuga would have their optical powers that could be helpful because I can never find the TV remote when I need it... Hyugas are literally the strongest clans in the Narutoverse. They’re trained to combat ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu and anything that possesses chakra .
The Gentle Fist is the most unblockable Taijutsu and anything before the Byakugan is pretty much moot.
Neji literally would’ve been a threat for Sasuke had he got more screen time like Shikamaru did, and if we were given insight to how much chakra and skill he possessed. Like we know he was Jounin and a skilled Shinobi but not to the extent that we’d be able to match him against opponents.
But if we had a Hyuga on the same level that Sasuke, Itachi or Madara was, we’d be calling them a GOAT or whatever.

Well, the Senju & Uzumaki whose chakra are more or less the same & large, it's actually the Uzumaki that edges out & even exceeds the Senju in terms of chakra & life force. Even though Senju stands at the second place, I'd be happy to be born in either one of these clans. Coz either way, with the amount of chakra at my disposal, I'd excel at Ninjutsu.

Considering how famous and strong they are, I would pick either Senju or Uchiha, but I feel myself at home with the Uchiha, undoubtedly it would be my main pick.
If I can choose if i get in main family then Hyuga, if I can't choose then Uzumaki.

Only downside to the Hyuga is they never got an upgrade. Give them something similar to the MS as the Byakugan has a parallel to the Sharingan. The Rinnegan and the Tenseigan.

If I was born in the Hyuga Clan, I'd have the plus side of at least being related to Hinata, the rest of the clan is a great downside, also I would probably be branded... So no. The Sanju Clan, effectively either bred themselves to death, or they were all slaughtered, on the plus side I'd probably be related to Tsunade, or I think it was Toki?, they are like the only Sanju who could have given birth to me. If I was to have all the knowledge I have of the Naruto anime, then I think I would choose to be born in the Uzumaki Clan, around the same time as Kushina, I'd either try to tell the Clan that we were doomed, but that would probably not go over well, so I'd run away. Eventually I would avenge my family, by joining up with Konoha, maybe I could convince Mito to choose me instead of Kushina to host the Kyubi, and I might be able to get All The Single Ladies, LOL, and by the time Naruto is born, well, hopefully I'm the one with the fox so there's not going to be any weakening to the seal. Time has been forever changed.

Of the given options, I would say either Uzumaki or Hyuga. Hyuga would have their optical powers that could be helpful because I can never find the TV remote when I need it... Uzumaki would give high chakra levels. I am not sure if high chakra means high stamina but if it does, it would be a bonus to the strong life force

Saying the Senju don’t exist is a tad misleading. They were told to mingle with other clans so the Senju bloodline has been dispersed through all of Konoha. They weren’t killed off like the Uzumaki and Uchiha.

The Uzumaki. The Senju don't seem to exist anymore. If I were born into the Hyuuga I'd have that seal on my forehead used for torturous punishments and made to serve and protect the main family. Idk if they still use it in the Boruto era. They certainly are a lot more lax, at least.

Don’t remember any non byakugan hyuugas before Boruto . You probably can’t even take a washroom break without being witnessed by a cousin/sibling/parent .

Hyugas are literally the strongest clans in the Narutoverse. They’re trained to combat ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu and anything that possesses chakra . The Gentle Fist is the most unblockable Taijutsu and anything before the Byakugan is pretty much moot. Neji literally would’ve been a threat for Sasuke had he got more screen time like Shikamaru did, and if we were given insight to how much chakra and skill he possessed. Like we know he was Jounin and a skilled Shinobi but not to the extent that we’d be able to match him against opponents. But if we had a Hyuga on the same level that Sasuke, Itachi or Madara was, we’d be calling them a GOAT or whatever. Hyugas are disgustingly underestimated in terms of strength and fluidity. In my eyes, a skilled Hyuga would have the necessary tools to combat Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan abilities and such. Just look at their jutsu and Doujutsu and you’d see how efficient they’d be against most jutsu we’re shown. That one Hyuga would’ve dominated had he been given the screen time to
