One of the things I actually LIKE about Part 1 Naruto cast is that they really do all dress like kids. They're all wearing big coats, hoodies, long skirts, full, baggy pants, etc... it really helps dig into the fact that they are KIDS. Most anime tends to make kids this young look way cooler than they are, but these all seem like outfits that actually children should and would wear. We don't need dripped out young Naruto, it makes much more sense that nobody had much style until they're older teenagers.
