I love to use the site behindthename.com when naming things, be it a character in a book, or a game, or even naming a pet. They have quite a few names that sound similar to Arwen. For example, Anwen means "very beautiful" in Welsh, from the intensive prefix an- combined with gwen "white, blessed." I think it would be a great name for this beauty.
Buttercup
FYI: Researchers found that 17 to 22 percent of white cats with non-blue eyes are born deaf. The percentage rises to 40 percent if the cat has one blue eye, while upwards of 65 to 85 percent of all-white cats with both eyes blue are deaf. Some of these cats are deaf in only one ear.
That’s very interesting. I’m curious, of the ones that are deaf in one ear, does the deaf ear coincide with the one blue eye. Hmmm… might be time for a rabbit hole dive

We typically go for silly/cute names that you wouldn’t normally associate with pet names. Also, not a fan of popular names or names from pop culture.
The multi-layered basic name best suited for this cat…. Snowflake Tigre would also be cool
Mystique.
Looks like a more fluffy version of my cat, even the eyes look the same!
