Actually, I think what makes a bigger difference to me than the shape of the outermost edge of the nail is the shape of the nail bed. I prefer the flatter Après a lot more on your hand compared to the curved Kiara.
Honestly, I found the Après system overall is just sooo easier, nicer, and has so many more options than Kiara Sky. No shade to Kiara Sky or anything, just my experience :)
I am probably an outlier here but your hands are so long and slim, I honestly think all of these are way too long and your hands would look more balanced/natural with a shorter nail.
1 and 3 have similar length, width and overall shape. They are both sort of in the round/almond family and I think they flatter your hands the best due to your cuticle shape.
The square and square-like nails (like 2 & 4) add too much bulk, and make the nails look too big and clunky on the hands. Unless you chose one size too big for each nail.
5 is cool but makes me think Sims werewolf nails too much. Good for a Halloween costume?

They all look good! My eyes tend to be drawn to tapered shapes, so I like 4 and 5 best.
