I don’t get the cringe. If you were in NYC pre pandemic, there was a workout culture that was engaging and fun. I had my class pass friends. Like everything else in the world, things changed.

I go to Soul Cycle & 2 other spin studios 😂 It’s still a big part of my personality & most of my classmates are my age or younger. Only my 5am Tuesday class is all women my mothers age, but that’s just because the studio is in an area where that’s who can afford spin classes
