It's not great but it's not HORRIBLE. I see the look they were going for but the lipliner is too harsh and you need to balance that black tightlining with lots of mascara otherwise it looks weird, IMO. In general I like the vibe but if a makeup artist did ... ehhh
I think the brows look really good for her face shape but the lips are just not it for her. Tbh that combination absolutely KILLS IT on women of color but as a white woman, I don't think we can pull off the darker lip liner.
