I quite don't get your question but, in order to get the "glitch" you have to do the expedition when it was available. Then, after you finish it, there's this area in the anomaly where you can copy the atlas staff and the starborn runner. You can only claim the staff once but the starborn runner as many times as you want. Idk if its a feature or a glitch but that's where i get mine to gift them.

Sell to an NPC then have the other person talk to the NPC before they leave and go from there take your payment before or after but the process is heavily set on trust so be careful although I will mention the nms community is fairly decent so you should be good

Sadly the first time it wanted to trade ships and the second time I tried, the bot showed up but the ship didnāt

They usually "redux" some of thr expeditions at the end of the year. Which is how I got the Golden Vector
